You do not need a google account to complete this form.

Fill out the application with the required information and submit it.
If Google Form is "no longer accepting responses " all current class offerings are full.
If a certain class is full, it will note which one is in the summary. If you apply for a full class, you will be waitlisted until our next session.
Please note our classes fill up extremely quickly and we will be offering more agility 1.0 later in the winter season!

After submission
Once your application has been accepted into the class, our class coordinator will confirm your participation and payment options.
If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation in 3-5 business days, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" page.
