Fill out the application with the required information and submit it.
If Google Form is "no longer accepting responses " all current class offerings are full.
If a certain class is full, it will note which one is in the summary. If you apply for a full class, you will be waitlisted until our next session.
Please note our classes fill up extremely quickly due to high demand and limited local instructors.
Next Agility 1.0 class session will start in late Marh or April.

After submission
Once your application has been accepted into the class, our class coordinator will confirm your participation and payment options. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder for responses!
